Apple blossom and beeswax with a nutmeg spice on the nose. On the palate dried apricot, ripe, juicy nectarine and a good oak balance. The mouth filling texture is cut by fresh green apple acidity, underpinned
with honey richness and a long finish.

Honeyed pear, butterscotch, citrus flavours complemented by a firm minerality and spicy edge.

One of the Cape's finest examples of an oaked Chenin, good acidiy, elements of quince and elderflower with a creamy spiced edge.

White petals and citrus crispness integrated with light touches of cinnamon. Then the palate unfolds layers of fresh lime and gentle spices, underscored by an intensity of fruit which persists on the palate and finishes with a mineral resonance.
