Sleek, racy concentrated mineral nose and palate

Tropical fruit, grapefruit and limes all held together by an incredible mineral backbone. The palate is rich and full made in a style to be a wonderful food companion. This Sauvignon Blanc is drinking beautifully at present, but try to exercise patience as it will only improve over the next 2-5 years.

Flinty, grapefruit and cut grass, subtle undertone of green gooseberry and white peach.

Sweet guava tropical fruit and granny smith apple. It is rich, dry style of Sauvignon Blanc that has characteristics of both cooler and warmer climates. The cooler climate characteristics enhance the natural acidity and green flavours while the warmer climate characteristics contribute to its fresher tropical fruit style.

Gooseberry, green apple and some citrus. Fresh and invigorating.

Rich nose and palate billowing with passion fruit and a green peper edge.

Granadilla and gooseberries. Packed with ripe fruit, and some blackcurrant and floral notes on the nose. The wine has an elegant, linear palate, with a fresh delivery ensured by well-balanced acidity, some flintiness and a lingering aftertaste of guava.
