A fresh, crispy, full character, easy drinking pleasure. This fruity, dry white wine was carved from dry land bush vines from the granite slopes of the Paardeberg in the Swartland.
A light, crisp, dry wine that is fruit driven and juicy. Unwooded and refreshing with lovely guava and melon flavours rounded off with a hint of freshly cut grass and pear undertones.
It is a delicious example of cooler climate Chenin Blanc fermented in concrete and stainless steel tanks. Dry, fresh and delicious! Early picking to preserve freshness, and balance in the wine. A very slow and cool fermentation separately with different yeast strains for more complexity and then blended after fermentation....
Light yellow in colour with hints of tropical fruit on the nose. This wine has a firm acidity showing mineral flavour on the finish.
