The Dalla Cia winery work as a negociant to source their grapes from prime spots across Stellenbosch.
The berries have been pressed softly and given 6 hours of skin contact on the grape skins, to emphasise texture and flavour. It was aged on its lees for 6 months and then blended with a touch of barrel-fermented Chardonnay.
Expect honey and peach on the nose, with orange blossom, flintiness and baked bread on the palate. Richly textured, creamy and supple.
