The wine has an intense ruby red colour. The nose shows bright red fruit flavours of cherry and raspberry and dark chocolate. The palate is soft and rich with lingering flavours of chocolate, liquorice and dried herbs. Best served a 16-18°C and will benefit from decanting in the first 3-5years.
