1/3 Cabernet Sauvignon, 1/3 Pinotage, 1/3 Shiraz
Made from the best and carefully selected grapes from the farm, this is their flagship red wine. In keeping with the philosophy of this range, they let the grapes do the talking rather than fiddling too much in the cellar. There’s lovely blackcurrent, plum and mulberry aromas on the nose with a nuttiness from the barrel maturation. The full bodied, complex palate has an elegant dry finish.
Serve with: fillet of beef, Braaivleis, Lamb shank or Italian cuisine.
