Oak Valley Fountain of Youth Sauvignon Blanc
Fruit characters of gooseberry, white peach and ruby grapefruit made in a mineral and elegant style, characteristic of the Elgin cool climate. Weight on the palate is aided by the 12% Sémillon component which adds extra complexity. 'Fountain of Youth' refers to the lasting freshness of Oak Valley Sauvignon Blanc which retains its integrity for 10+ years in bottle.
Oak Valley Stone & Steel Riesling
Fruit aromas of white peach, litchi and pear. Fruit-forwardness follows on the palate with an abundance of fresh lemon, limes and green apple complimented by good textural viscosity and weight. The linear acidity cleanses the palate, keeping the natural sugars in perfect balance creating a brilliantly refreshing wine. This wine can mature beautifully.
Oak Valley Elgin Chardonnay
Generous lemon-citrus aromas, almonds, oyster shell and flint. This fresh lemon-citrus follows on the palate with ruby grapefruit as the dominant character. Lovely full mid-palate, more weighty than 2014 vintage, with the citrus fruits supported by sweet zesty spice. This will please those who enjoy wooded, but fresher-styled Chardonnay's.
Oak Valley Blend
The Blend comprises Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. An intricate bouquet ranging from fruit-driven mulberries and blackcurrants to wonderful spicy and earthy element. Flavours of dark cherry and black plums, mushrooms and cured meats. This is a medium to full bodied, elegant wine from the cool climate of Elgin. Drinking beautifully now, but will continue to age gracefully in bottle.
33% Petit Verdot, 13% Shiraz, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Malbec and 2% Cabernet Franc. Beautifully complex with aromas of eucalyptus, coffee and cloves. The palate is suprisingly fresh with bitter cherries, dark chocolate and blackcurrants, hints of cloves, tobacco and spice on the back palate.

Burgundy inspired Pinot pioneer, perfumed cedary spiced nose, seductive black cherry flavours, classy sleek minerality - will age very well.
A rich, dark golden honey colour with intense perfumed nose of complex spice, cloves and vanilla. Developed secondary flavours of orange marmalade and dark chocolate. An intriguing and ever-evolving wine. The bold, sweet palate is perfectly balanced by tight acidity which results in a long-lingering honeyed finish.
