This clear brilliant Chardonnay has a golden hue showing a welcoming entry of yellow peach and Golden Delicious apple flavours. With hints of caramel and cinnamon, the judicious use of selected French Oak for 10 months does not allow the oak to dominate in any way. Evolving further into papaja fruit flavours, this Chardonnay has a creamy entry on the palate together with a sensation of sweetness, whilst this wine is totally dry. A focussed lively finish extends the fresh lingering aftertaste. Perfectly balanced, finding the sweet-spot between the weight and the freshness of this delightful Chardonnay.

Our wines spend between 12 and 18 months on toasted French and American oak, and we select from the best individual barrels to create the final blend. The result is smooth, full-bodied, top-of-the-range wines in the classic New World style, with characteristic peppery, spicy, and berry flavours.

Vibrant and bright ruby red in colour with plush aromas of ripe red cherries and some fresh herbal notes. Fruit forward, generous red cherries on the palate. This wine reveals a complex and well-rounded mouthfeel with a persistent, lingering and smooth finish. The judicious use of 25% new oak respects the balance between fruit and tannin. A lively fruit profile is supported by a refreshing acidity which bodes well for further bottle maturation.

This wine has a bright aroma and flavour of tropical fruit. Honeydew melon, guava and pineapple with an underlying savoury minerality and a lick of wood. The wine has a great texture and a long layered finish with bright acidity keeping it fresh and vibrant.

This full bodied Sauvignon Blanc based blend offers a variation of fruit characters including ripe gooseberry, green peppers, green melon and hints of tropical fruit.
