The grapes are hand harvested and made in a combination of stainless steel tanks and open fermenters and is elegantly oaked (16 months in second and third fill French oak barrels).
Medium-bodied blend is intended for everyday enjoyment. However, it too is sourced entirely from the estate, and while unpretentious it is well- crafted with its soft tannins, bright red berries and hints of white pepper and chocolate from careful oaking.

5 way Bordeaux Blend with a splash of Shiraz. This dry full-bodied red wine is a fusion of black currant and spice with a hint of chocolate with sweet tobacco and fynbos on the nose.
This dry, full-bodied white is matured for 12 months in new 300 litre French oak barrels. It is characterised by tangy citrus fruits softened by undertones of vanilla and a nutty complexity. Awarded four stars in the John Platter Wine Guide, this is a big wine for special occasions.
A light, crisp, dry wine that is fruit driven and juicy. Unwooded and refreshing with lovely guava and melon flavours rounded off with a hint of freshly cut grass and pear undertones.
